Danielle Mantin
Danielle was born in Hadera, Israel. She obtained her Bachelor’s (2016), master’s (2018), and Ph.D. (2023) degrees in Chemistry at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev (2018). During her studies, Danielle investigated the effect of plant-derived molecules on bacterial communication in the antibiotic-resistant bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa under the supervision of Prof. Michael Meijler.
After receiving her Ph.D., Danielle wanted to expand her synthetic and methodological skills and moved far away from home to the Reisman lab in sunny California. Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time, traveling and exploring new places, having a good coffee, or just relaxing.
